The school features an indoor sports hall, gym facilities, dining hall, lecture hall and a yoga/activity room. The outdoor facilities include a large football field, beach-volley area, skateboard u-ramp and outdoor playground. Ever heard of Capoeira?
Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance and music. It was created in Brazil mainly by descendants of African slaves with Brazilian native influences, probably beginning in the 16th century. It is known by quick and complex moves, using mainly power, speed, and leverage for leg sweeps.
At the FFF everyone can engage heart- and healthfully in this joyful game, at a basic level. All you need is comfortable and loose clothes and perhaps shoes as well.
Classes will through specialized warm up, exercises, and human interaction focus on basic technics, that enables you to dance, play and “fight” in a peaceful atmosphere.
Martin looks forward to dance joyfully with all of you!
