Ever heard of Capoeira?

It was created in Brazil mainly by descendants of African slaves with Brazilian native influences, probably beginning in the 16th century. It is known by quick and complex moves, using mainly power, speed, and leverage for leg sweeps.

Tony Wright is a human consciousness researcher and coauthor of a book Left in the Dark, which covers his transgenerational epigenetic theory of human evolution and its impact on development of our brain.
He will present his theory at the festival and explain the effects of fruit chemicals on the development of our brain.
“Both science and mythology tell us about our origins in the tropical forests and our frugivorous disposition. It is our ancient symbiotic relationship with fruit that formed the environment where the exquisitely advanced neural architecture of our brain emerged. As with any symbiotic relationship these structures were dependent on the relationship being maintained.”
