Dr. Douglas Graham – a lifetime athlete and 30-year raw fooder, is an advisor to world-class athletes and trainers from around the globe. Dr. Graham is the author of many books on health and raw food including The 80/10/10 Diet and Nutrition and Athletic Performance. Recognized as one of the fathers of the modern raw movement, Dr. Graham is the only lecturer to have attended and given keynote presentations at all of the major raw events in the world for each of the last eight years.

Rozalind Graham is a mother, professor in Applied Nutrition, dance and fitness instructor and renowned Natural Hygiene teacher. She has been eating and teaching raw food for more than half of her life. Among her specialties is the emotional aspect of living, eating disorders and the proper nurturing of children.
She is the author of the book “Stay fit after 50″ and a 2-disc set “Nurturing Peace”, with lectures about raw parenting and cultivating inner peace.


  Grant Campbell (aka Raw Aussie Athlete) is an athlete and an academic thriving on the 80/10/10 lifestyle since 2005. As FoodnSport’s Director of Education, he runs the 80/10/10 Certified Lifestyle Coach program with Dr. Graham. Grant has been running 80/10/10 raw vegan healthy lifestyle retreats in Australia and Thailand since 2007. He has also completed over 40 ultramarathons, has been to every FoodnSport event sinced 2008 and has witnessed over 100 people complete water fasts under Dr. Graham’s supervision. Grant plans on running a 100 mile trail when he turns 100, and looks forward to sharing his knowledge, experience and insights.

Eric Karlsson Eric Karlsson studied horticulture and natural therapies and graduated as a Dr of Naprapathy.
Eric is trained in Nature Cure by legendary Nature Cure practitioner Kenneth S. Jaffrey in Australia. He is now teaching Self-Healing to individuals and groups according to Nature Cure philosophy. Petr Cech, self-educated in Natural Hygiene, living on fruit for a decade, greatly influenced by Dr. Graham.
Petr is the founder of the Fresh Food Festival, held since 2008 in Scandinavia. He has held various fruit parties, raw food workshops and potlucks in Copenhagen for the last decade and a Fruit Retreat in Thailand in 2010. He loves travelling in South East Asia, exploring native fruits. Getting healthier and stronger on the fruit diet, he is an advocate of fruit, wherever he goes.


Martin Fast is engaged in a local capoeira club in Odense, Denmark, and also facilitates capoeira and many other sports to his students as a PE-teacher in a high school.
Capoeira is a culture that has originated from the African slaves who were brought to Brazil around 16th century. Capoeira has developed through history and represents today a “martial” art form that emphasize dance, game, joy, music and a “fighting” dialogue amongst two capoeiristas (people doing capoeira).

Annette Davidsson has been teaching yoga for several years in Copenhagen, Sweden and Norway and for the last year on Maui, Hawaii, where she lives with her husband, Dr. David Klein, who directs the Colitis and Crohn´s Health Recovery Center. She teaches classes for groups and individuals from her Anahata Studio in Haiku. She has also produced a DVD titled “Yoga for Digestion Perfection”.

Marina Grubic has been actively promoting a low fat raw vegan diet since 2011. She has translated the book “The 80/10/10 Diet” into Serbian and spent last January in Costa Rica at Dr Douglas Graham´s internship. Marina has been giving numerous presentations and workshops in which she teaches low fat raw vegan cousine. Besides, she is running an online program that features Marina´s lectures of healthy living, recipes and exercising videos.
