Rozalind Gruben is a mother, professor in Applied Nutrition, dance and fitness instructor and renowned Natural Hygiene teacher. She has been eating and teaching raw food for more than half of her life. Among her specialties is the emotional aspect of living, eating disorders and the proper nurturing of children.

Eric became a vegetarian at 10 years of age for ethical reasons. This was followed by a great interest in existential, health and environmental issues. At the end of his teens he started eating raw foods. He studied horticulture and natural therapies and graduated as a Dr of Naprapathy. He worked in several different health centres that were teaching vegetarian and vegan diet and natural living. This included Föllingegården where vegan diet has been researched.

Eric is trained in Nature Cure by legendary Nature Cure practitioner Kenneth S. Jaffrey in Australia. He is now teaching Self-Healing to individuals and groups according to Nature Cure philosophy. Don Weaver has been an ecologist, gardener, and raw food vegan for 33 years and is an advocate of simple natural living and global soil remineralization and Earth Regeneration by way of human generosity using rock powders, fruit trees and “planting ’til you’re planted.”

 Tord Lyseving -
born 1943 in Luleå, Lapland, northern Sweden. Extensive engineering studies at the Royal Technical Institute of Stockholm. In the late 1970’s, he changed career entirely and studied natural medicine and health for several years, that lead him to becoming a complete fruitarian in 1986. He’s been eating only fruit ever since.
He has also refined the technique of Kirlian photography (aurology) and uses it together with Iridology and Cheirology (Chinese Hand Analysis) for holistic patient analysis.

Monique Wijn is a biologist from Holland living in Germany. At her place she is running different courses on rawfood, edible landscape, wild weeds and selfsustainable living. 
Since her twenties, she is very involved in nutrition and health, eating vegetarian and organic since then, being a vegan and mostly raw since 2000. She has a herbgarden with wild edible plants and historic vegetables and grains. She delivers fresh wild weeds over internet as well as seeds.  Her garden is based on permaculture and vegan agriculture.  She has special interest in spiritual gardening. Xenia Aidonopoulou is Greek-Australian, living in Athens. She is a healing therapist, working with advanced methods of Rebirthing (based on deep breathing), helping others solving their underlying emotional issues.
Xenia has written articles, given talks and spoken on radio and television about her work, presenting for a while her own show on the local Athenian vegetarian television network.

Tereza Havrlandová is the founder of Life Food, a company with own produce of organic raw food products. She is also the woman behind Fresh & Bio Bar, the first organic raw food bar in Prague.
